We’re Mark and Tasha. Between running businesses, raising our children Eleanor and Robert, and navigating everyday life, we knew firsthand how much a place to truly recharge matters, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
That need at home became Heal. Every therapy we offer, from cryotherapy to red light to sound healing, is something our own family has used and trusted.
