Welcome to Heal Wellness Lounge. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your relationship with Heal Wellness Lounge (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Heal Wellness Lounge”), located at 25131 FM2978 Ste C, Tomball, TX 77375. By accessing our website, booking a session, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Heal Wellness Lounge offers a range of wellness and recovery therapies, including but not limited to cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression therapy, PEMF, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and related modalities (the “Services”). Our Services are intended to support general wellness and recovery and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Not Medical Advice
Heal Wellness Lounge is a wellness facility, not a medical provider. Our staff are trained wellness technicians, not licensed physicians, unless otherwise stated. Nothing on our website or provided during a session should be interpreted as medical advice. You should consult your physician before beginning any new wellness therapy, particularly if you are pregnant, have a pre-existing medical condition, or are taking medication.
3. Eligibility & Health Disclosures
By booking a session, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
- You have disclosed any relevant health conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to treatment
- You understand certain therapies (such as cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy) carry inherent risks and may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions
We reserve the right to decline service to any individual if we believe a therapy may not be safe or appropriate for their circumstances.
4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in any therapy offered at Heal Wellness Lounge is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. While our therapies are generally well-tolerated, all physical treatments carry some degree of risk. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release Heal Wellness Lounge, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our Services, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
A separate liability waiver may be required to be signed in person prior to your first session.
5. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a session credit, at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to equipment maintenance, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
6. Memberships
- Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with your membership agreement.
- Membership sessions are non-transferable between individuals, except where explicitly permitted (such as a Bring-A-Friend pass, where applicable).
- Unused sessions roll over for a limited period as specified in your membership terms, and unused rollover sessions are forfeited if not used within that window or upon cancellation.
- Membership pricing, inclusions, and terms are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Cancellation, pause, and upgrade/downgrade policies are outlined in your specific membership agreement and on our Memberships page.
7. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service or as outlined in your membership agreement.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as posted at our location or online.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds, if granted, are issued at our sole discretion.
8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a calm, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session for any individual who is disruptive, disrespectful to staff or other guests, or otherwise behaves in a manner inconsistent with the atmosphere we aim to provide.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Heal Wellness Lounge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with any other party’s use of the site.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heal Wellness Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or membership giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County or Montgomery County, Texas, as applicable.
